1. Email bryan@blkhgroup.com with your order number within 30 days of delivery.
2. We will send you return instructions.
3. Post the detector back in any packaging.
4. Refund is processed within 3-5 business days of the warehouse receiving the itme.

Product must be in working condition. Opened is fine. Used is fine. Scratched from travel is fine. Just do not break it on purpose.
